Outside of work, I pursue my interests in art and design, hiking, and petting all the dogs.

  • Oversee a complex and highly customized Salesforce org, facilitating critical business processes including client and donor records and relationship management, building space usage and resource reservations, advocacy and government relations, and communications and marketing. 
  • Primary project manager for technology and data projects. 
  • Oversee data quality, policies and governance.

Salesforce Administrator

NYC LGBT Center, 2022 to 2024

  • Develop and build new Salesforce functionality to meet organization needs and priorities.
  • Implement and maintain third party integrations and ensure data quality. 
  • Assist with data governance and policy.

Director of Marketing

NYC LGBT Center, 2016 to 2022

  • Developed project management and tracking system, improving departmental efficiency and ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Created organizational accessibility standards for communications and events, as well as organizational policies and guidance for ethical storytelling.
  • Created comprehensive communications and marketing reporting.
  • Lead migration to and buildout of communications technologies, including Pardot and Sprinklr. Assisted with migration to Salesforce.
  • Oversaw multiple website launches. Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of all web properties.
  • Lead communications and marketing strategy and execution, including email, paid advertising, search, social, and more.
  • Managed and mentored communications and marketing team members.

Website and Multimedia Manager

NYC LGBT Center, 2013 to 2016

  • Responsible for maintenance and ongoing development of multiple websites.
  • Oversaw social media strategy and content creation.
  • Oversaw email marketing strategy and content creation.

Design and Marketing Associate

YWCA of the City of New York, 2011-2013

  • Responsible for content creation for the YWCA website, social media, email and print newsletters.
  • Assisted with donor database management.
